ALIC is the premier association for life insurance counsel. The programs at the Annual Meetings in May are presented by leaders in their fields. Some of their papers serve as resources for years. It gives me great pleasure to announce the selection of Tom Workman for ALIC’s 2010 Buist M. Anderson Award. This award was named after its first recipient, Buist M. Anderson, to be bestowed, from time to time, by the Board of Governors on members who have provided outstanding service to the Association, to the life insurance bar, or the life insurance industry.
